We got a prize when we traded Manny for Bay! He definitely belongs in the "Bay State"...(groan..;)

i miss manny though, i know he has many detractors and probably fairly so, but i loved his quirks and foibles.

This isn't looking good. Bay's agent turned down Sox offer, reported to be about $60 mil. His agent says he's taking Bay into free agency, and he's had LOTS of interesting offers for Bay. Knowing how the Sox are about setting a price and not coming off it, this doesn't look good for us keeping Bay. DAMN!!!

imjac, I was tellling vamuchkin that if the Yankees make an offer and he accepts it, I've done with Baseball. Its becoming a joke. Its time we have a Salary Cap and NOW!
