I've been thinking the very same thing. I need to get away from this thing too. Unfortunately, getting away from the computer feels like walking away from a pow wow with a great bunch of friends. By the time I check in on everything on Eons, Twitter, and Facebook I've killed a lot of time.

The more time I spend on the computer, the less time I have to worry about the stalking & peeping issues.
Well if it keeps you out of jail, I guess it's all good.

Let's see, we actually wrote letters instead of typing emails and posts, used the phone to have meaningful conversations. And in my case had a muuch cleaner house...
I'll second the cleaner house. I can be on the computer and talk on the phone at the same time. Might not make much sense on either, but I can do it.
Ok now line up and I will hold the money for the bets that Chicky can't stay away from us that long. Nevermind the week she was gone, that was a Burning Quest..
Chickie, why don't you wait until Lent to give it up. See, that way you can conduct your noble experiment, and if you're successful, you'll go straight to heaven when you die. Multi task.
At least wait until after my birthday, I'm expexting gifts.
Funny how things become a part of life...so many new things in today's world. Your right Callie, we did not have these things yrs. ago, or cell phones, wide screens, HD tele....we have become spoiled in many ways, but would we want to go back?????
I remember the days...telling the age now, of sitting around the radio and listing to Sam Spade, The Squeaky door, Great Gildersleeve, Green Hornet....friday night Gillette fights. But it was fine, the family was all there, sometimes we would pop popcorn.
