TODAY in History???

IDK... my local daily newspaper has stopped printing their daily log of events in history each day! I truly miss it among other things in print. Even the TV guide booket that used to come with the Sunday edition is gone... makes me wonder WHY I still subscribe! This may be my final few months. After the first of 2010, I may drop it all together, but not without a letter to the editor as to why! COMMENTS?

I always read that part of my paper. I would be upset to. Error on their part.

Today some time in the 79's the stock Market broke 1,000
Anyone remember when that was thought impossible? Now we have to protect that we don't hit that number it again

Frustrated; looked forward to my Sunday edition to check Sat. nites' lottery numbers. guess what, no numbers; they print the paper before the 11 pm drawing! Also, no TV guide section for the week as before, just a daily log! I actually stop in the garage and remove all the trash before bringing the paper into my house... 50 % junk!

Hey guy the newpaper biz has gone to the toilet. It is going to get worse until they go out of business. They got caught spinnng and the America people are not as dumb as the newpapers make us out to be. My opinion!!!!!!

I don't either. Now yes, I admit to being Republican and yes I listen to Rush and the gang but treat this Country with respect. Don't lie to the people. The NYTimes got caught lying many times in the past years and what the f was that Rather thing about Bush?. You reap what you sow!!! Correct? No hard feeling about newspaper going out of business!!!!! Just my 2 cents.
