The studio is unpacked!!

I finally unpacked the last box of studio stuff. I am ready to get in there and work tomorrow. Still have to order a kiln but nothing is keeping me away from the clay! Yahooo!

Yes, glad the studio is up and running as the house has some construction problems (i.e. leaking windows, cracking tile, base boards warping sigh!)

isn't creating with clay a rip?I just love the gooey stuff.Last night I threw a few small bowls for our senior center.I have a little studio that my hubby built for me several years ago and I still go out there everyday and sometimes twice a day.I am mostly a handbuilder but occasionally throw on the wheel.I save and reuse my scrap clay and that gives me lots to work with.Don't make my own glazes but do use underglazes that I mix together sometimes to get unusual colors.Love that clay!!!
