Thank you for the link, richkat. I recently received a cookbook in the mail, free of charge. It is the cookbook of the American Heart Association and it was sent to me by Crestor, the anti cholesterol medication I have to take now. Seems kind of ironic. Maybe, if I had had the cookbook from the beginning, I would not need the Crestor, eh? But it is never too late to change one's behavior.

I just downloaded it for myself. I'm going to print it up and send it to some of my family members who could use it. Blessings! Cari

I made pumkins bars And used splenda and some odwella protein drink with pumkin in it, it is a drink and 4 eggs, it was rich. I know it shot my sugar up. I used half Splenda blend with brown sugar. It triggered something in me to keep on eating. It tasted so good. It called for 1/2 of oil, but I replaced that with the odwella juice. My be I could of used less eggs , I know that backing is like working with a chemical formula and you do not want to mess with it to much.
I took my blood pressure pills, and my insulin. I put alot of it in freezer bags. I used oilve oil for the oil t asked for.
I got it on this website eons.com. I tried to make it healthy. I found my self not being to stop my eating it. I am trying to figuare out the emotion behind it.
Thanks giving and my husband dying and remembering others who passed on may be behind this. I know I have to let it go. Because I am doing this alone. Not come pletely though I have the peopel at eons.com that I talk to. It really helps. I am taking my dog out for extra walks. So we can get some more exersise.
I have gotten addicted to a game. I have to walk away from it for awhile. I am dreaming the game pieces.
I have not baked with a rescipe in a long time. It was really good. I can not get over how good it was. We have some people that really know how to cook. Anna A brightsoul
