I'm thankful I live in America, have a job, food to eat and a place to live. I'm thankful for my children and grand children, that my mother at 84 is in good health. I could go on and on. There is so much to be thankful for.
Like pauletta said there is just so much for us to be thankful for that my list could go on and on. Every morning when I wake up I thank the lord for allowing me another day then my list goes on from there.
The older we get, the more we understand there are lots of things to be thankful for. When I was younger, I groused that I could not afford a nice vacation. Now that I'm older, I'm thankful that I can keep up with my everyday bills. A vacation would be nice, but I'm doing fine without one.

I can echo pauletta'a post....all of us are healthy, employed and have more than we need....and on Veteran's Day, I'm grateful for the sacrifices of my father, father-in-law, uncles and all who have served this nation....

I am very thankful for a roof over my head, a job, plenty of food to eat, most importantly for my wonderful family and friends. I am blessed!~
All who have served to protect our freedom and way of life. We owe them so much. Everything else for which I am thankful would not be possible without their sacrifices.
I am thankful for my students and doing something that just makes me so happy and grateful.
I am thankful for a loving heavenly Father that has watched over us this year. My son's recovery from a massive stroke the day after Mother's Day. Finding my breast cancer before it spread and for all my Eon friends that prayer for us. I am thankful for a country where we can worship freely..at least for now!
