One anwser I got is to contact CT&I Computer Group. I have to contact the Eons Team to find out what will happen.
Jeanette, check with the group Computer Technology and Internet, or Getting Around on Eons. Somebody should have an answer for you.
Just to let you know I've solved my problem myself (just fiddling about on site this morning waiting for some home typing to come online shortly) I noticed the option (bottom left hand side under the picture of the sky/clouds at the top of DoS site, I had it on view all messages, instead of summary of messages, so sometime over the past few months I must have hit that button - I'm pleased it's sorted - thanks to those who pointed me in the right direction, which I would have followed, but don't now need to. It really was annoying me, but solved now !! Jeanette x
