Thanks! I've gone from all-wheel drive, to front wheel drive. *gulp*
Plus, in my experience, I'll want to stay off the roads as much as possible until the newly licensed and transplanted people learn how to drive on ice and snow. They don't completely remove it up here....just get down to about an inch or two and call it good! It takes practice to drive well in it.
It sure brightens up and beautifies the countryside and mountains, though. And since our air is so fresh we breathe on faith, it stays white all winter.
I know it must be really beautiful.....but...........I don't really like a lot of snow.....if it snows here one day and gone the next....I'm happy
Ok, so you'll just have to come up and visit me in the summer. Alaska is beautiful then, too.
*smile*
We'll have snow until late February now, and a few isolated storms into April or May.
Be safe HB. It is going to be 85 here today, which is about 9 degrees above average. I understand about the snow though and all those people who don't know how to drive. Where I used to live they have had significant snow already. I don't miss the shoveling and then re-shoveling after the plow went by.
Florida "White Stuff" ...... just saying
Sharky, I hate you. Plain and simple. *grin*
I'll do a beach in winter again someday.........honest.
Well...it's just a matter of time before we get our first snow here in the Windy City. A "light dusting" is fine with me, but when it's more than an inch, ugh!
Stay safe HB Snow is nice but I too have had too much of it in the past. Now it's heat in the summer..(grin)
and rain in the winters..
