Only two more blocks! I've had contact with shalainetx and she said she would have her blocks in the mail by November 9th. Gasweetie in a private message said she mailed her blocks last month. Am I the only one who has not received Sue's (Gasweetie) Christmas Friendship Block? I am hoping it didn't get lost in the mail.

I'm loving how this quilt is turning out. I will be adding two borders to pull the quilt together. One will be a 1 to 2 inch green border and a 4 to 5 inch red border. The red fabric is a Williamsburg print.

Can you all see your blocks?

I too am missing the same blocks plus my Sept. Autograph Star block from Gasweetie. Patience is a virtue.

I am missing the same blocks, but what a joy to be able to "play" with the other blocks and see how I want to place them. I'm working on a wall hanging for my mom, so will not be putting this Christmas Block quilt together until I get hers finished, but look forward to doing so.

I am missing only one , the one from shalainetx. I don't know if I am ready to tackle Joanie's layout. Have not had time to play with any other layouts. I have two children graduating this year. One from high school and the other from college and she is getting married in July. Busy, Busy with school and the holidays.

Ditto, I am also missing these two blocks! I hope something bad didn't happen to Gasweeties blocks in the mail! That is what I always worry about. All the work put into the blocks and to have something happen to them in the mail! Yikes :o( Maybe the next time we do an exchange we should verify receipt of the blocks to each sender as we receive them so that in the future we are not worrying if they have gotten through or not. Just a suggestion.

I'm missing my block from shalainetx also but I did get Gasweetie's. I can be patient, I've got a whole bucket load of projects on my table right now and my ambition is at an all time low!!

I love seeing my block in there with everyone elses. They make it look so much better. - Debbie
