Hi everyone:

I haven't posted lately. I've been involved at home with quite a few things. I just wanted to stop by and say 'hello'.

I was diagnosed last week by my Rheumatologist with Fibromyalgia. I don't think I have as near a severe case of it as some people. I know some people are bedridden a lot with it. I'm not. She did find I'm a bit anemic and wants me to take Calcium and I forgot what the other supplement was. I bought them and added them to my diabetes and other pills I take every day.

I'm probably going to need to see my primary care doctor when I get paid this month. She may want more tests to find out the source of my anemia.

Anyway, I go to a regular bible study now once every other thursday night with my church. It is a real blessing for me and really strengthens me and helps me grow. I don't get to church often on sunday mornings so this helps a lot.

I'm going to try to post more here with devotional type messages that I hope are uplifting and a blessing to others.

I had a nice Sunday. Made it to church and that was good. I don't get there too often. I love to sing the hymns, if I know them. Seems like many I don't. Then I enjoyed a nice Buffet lunch out, along with my niece. God is good. I had been more depressed lately, so it was a refreshing day for me. Good night all and God Bless all of you. DJ

I have really missed you so much..I knew you were having these test done...but a least you know what is wrong with you..and you can deal with it...God is right by your side..so hold on tight...He will see you throught this..I am so glad you can go to Bible study..I know you enjoy that...and I know the people there enjoy you..for you have a lot of knowledge about the Bible...I am praying for you..and have been praying for you...God Bless You Dear Friend

Thanks so much everyone. And thanks for the prayers. Monday morning now and I'm on hold with Sears Home Improvement department, lol. We are planning on getting an auto standby generator. Last winter when we had 3 feet of snow and 90 plus an hour winds our power went out and it was 20 degrees outside. Our two grandsons especially suffered. So this year we want to have a generator in place to automatically kick on and keep the power going when there is an outage.

We live at the foot of the pass. Every winter we get this high winds. That plus the snow and cold...yuck! But, God is good and supplies our needs! I'm gonna try to get on later today and post something for everyone.

It's always important to plan ahead. We get hurricanes not blizzards.
