This is probably the worst day--weather wise- that we have had all fall. There is rain in parts of Maine and NH and snow in other parts of Maine and NH. Drive Carefully.
Thanks all. Spent 3 wonderful weeks in Maine, beautiful weather for this time of year. Arrived home on Wednesday. Last 300 miles pouring rain. Long drive by myself, but had not trouble. Arrived here at about 7PM to tornado warnings. Was tired, so ignored it and went to sleep. House was still here when I woke up in the morning!

I would love to come home to Maine for the holidays but we don't have the funds this year. Talked to my sister in Gorham this morning and she said the parking lot at work is iced over. We're at 39 this morning here in Virginia but supposed to get up in the low 50's later. Have a good one up there and stay safe.
My son lives in Gorham! Out 114? towards Sebego Lake. Beautiful area. Talked to a friend in Maine this morning. (Bucksport near the coast on the Penobscot River). They had 5" of snow this weekend. Guess I left just in time to not have to drive in it. You all drive careful. At least you'll have snow for Christmas!
