Well SchoolBoy as the old saying goes " an empty drum makes the most noise ". I mean they are just doing these spoiled baby tactics because they have nothing to say and are afraid of not being in power anymore and may never be again . I think they take thier marching orders from the talking heads instead of doing any thinking for themselves .

Spoiled brats who got used to getting to keep most of the toys in the sandbox since Reagan ... and are showing their true unevolved, childish, disrespectful, uneducated, dumbass .... selves.
I watched some of the debate on the C-Span site and I saw Republicans give their 1 minute speeches and start off with a 'request for unanimous consent to revise and extend their comments'. So it isn't that the republicans are against the practice.
It just shows members of the legislature with nothing to contribute. They are just trying to prevent the opposition from functioning as a tactic for political gain.
It's a shame they don't have "time out" when the "kids" act up!
