House Passes Health Care Bill
The Bill had to contain compromises in order to pass. This is still a great LIBERAL victory! (We may lose a few battles, but we will still win this war!)
The REPUBLICANS want to kill it in the Senate. Let's help push it through. Call up your Senators and voice your opinion. They are getting a lot of calls and a lot of money from the opposition.
But in the end, Senators need VOTES more than they need MONEY! (BTW don't threaten your Senators with votes when you call. Do THAT in the next election. NOW, just call them up and voice your opinion.)

Little has changed since before suffrage, has it? If we were to put up a fuss about paying for Viagra, so guys could have the medical necessity of having a hard on paid for by the taxpayers, there would be a hue and cry, wouldn't there?
