How do I post my photos?

Hi, I'm new to the group, and can't for the life of me figure out how to post my photos. Can anyone help me out? I have a Mac and use iphoto, if that makes any difference.

Big thank you to Valley, who helped me out on this. I went to my Flickr account, clicked on all sizes, chose the medium so it would fit on the screen without scrolling, copied the HTML, and pasted that into my reply. Yippee! It worked!
