I do love Swiss cheese and onions but never thought of using them in mac and cheese ; my mouth is watering just thinking of how good it will taste . This should be a killer side for my fish and many other dishes . Thanks alot for the great recipe .

I love Swiss mac and cheese and my recipe is similar. Sometimes I add leftover ham, too, and a little chopped bell pepper. I have it as a main dish with a vegetable or salad.
