What Animals Can Give Us That Humans Can't

We live in an age when pets have become the equivalent of family members. In some instances people like their pets even more than the members of their own family. Just what is it that animals can give us that humans can't? Why have pets become such an integal part of the fabric of our lives?

They are neither as smart nor as sophisticated as us. Relaxation can happen when we relate in a less sophisticated way. An animal's emotional and other needs are much less demanding than those of another human being.

Yes, they accept us unconditionally, don't attempt to hide their affection, don't complain, and are easily amused :)
