Ditz Alert!

I took Eric's advice and shut down the laptop last night. I usually just let it go to sleep. Well, this morning when I tried to get on, I couldn't figure out why there was nothing but a black screen. Ditz that I am, I finally realized I need to turn it first! Just thought I'd share.

Like Eric, I had a type-o in my post. I did realize I had to turn it on first. But that first few seconds when nothing happened almost drove me bonkers. Thanks Pete, I'll try and remember that, lol.

OK, Boss--Reporting for duty. I feel I qualify because I spent 4 hours the other day doing something I used to do in my sleep, but lost my common sense--it was a simple step of connecting the battery connector in my UPS--10 second chore.

I am an Official DITZ and I'd be proud to join the club with you, VBaby, as CEO. I ditzed those letters twice in my professional life--very happy for 10 years to be a Low-Level DITZ.
