I would try taking the pills in the morning and noon, no later than about 2 and see if that does not help with the sleeping...and as for the exercise, walking is the very best exercise that you can do. You will have to find the chart that tells at what rate to get your heart up for the weight you carry so that you can really burn the fat optimally. If you walk faster, or slower, you will not burn it as well, if at all. And I would eat my largest meal at noon instead of at night...having mostly salads and maybe some basmati rice which is acid binding.

Have you checked your hormones to see if they are all doing okay? They will play a very big role in the weight loss also.

I forgot to say...keep up the good work! you have begun a journey that is not a fast one...I too need to get up there and do what you are doing...I need a jump start!

Thankx a lot!! I'm really trying to kick this in the butt. lol.
