Thinking about SPR
Not sure why I got to thinking about "Saving Private Ryan" today.
Still puzzled why Spielberg would cheapen such an outstanding film by portraying all German soldiers as "skin-heads." He certainly knew better. . .if you look at photos, German soldiers usually had longer hair than Americans, often long on top but cut very close on the sides.
Just seemed beneath such an otherwise amazing film.
