I didn't see the story yesterday but it doesn't surprise me that Mac volunteered. In a way she leeps before she looks. I think she wants to have a family so bad that she wants Billy to see her pregnant. How ironic for her to have Lilly's baby (while Lilly is married to Cain) like Billy is Chloe's baby daddy ( while she was married to Cain). There's something wrong with that picture, isn't there?
I don't think that was her motive taz.I really think that Mac is all about giving and doing for others and because Lily cannot give birth to her own child she offered her womb to carry Lily and Cane's child. She is young and healthy and I guess she does not see it as being that much of a sacrifice for a dear friend with cancer! What a selfless thing to do for your friends!
I'm with you Tufmama. She truly believes in the love that Cane and Lily have for each other. That's just the kind of person Mac is. Lily, being caught off-guard with her leaping at the offer, told her to think about it. It is a big decision and involves a lot. But I don't think Mac will change her mind and think Lily couldn't have found a better person to be the surrogate.
If Billy doesn't like it....TOUGH! Maybe Mac can show Billy by example of what it means to give without strings attached.
I really don't understand how Mac can't make up her mind once and for all about Billy and let him go - she knows he will continually disappoint her. Can't believe she's letting him use the bar to conduct his business. The fact that he does, she gets to hear how he badly talks to people, particularly the advertisers...which ought to make it clear he's not the kind of person she can be happy with or proud of.
Chloe finally got the message and signed those divorce papers. Good for her!! I bet Billy is feeling more and more alone and estranged from the people he cared about and cared about him. For Jack and Ashley to disown him and now Chloe...Mac could very well be next! Actions do have consequences, Billy! When will you ever learn?
Mac and Billy are just not going to make it. They are so totally opposite. Billy is feeling estranged which means he will most likely do something really crazy, perhaps drinking and gambling.
Billy admitted that he does not want Mac to carry their baby because he hates Cane! Plain and simple! He needs to get over it. The rest of the family has forgiven Cane and welcomed him back into the family, but Billy has to harbor resentment. He is just so irritating and frustrating. Mac will reach her boiling point!
I think chloe should carry Lily's baby,that way she can do it for Cain for lying to him about Delia being his,and give him his own child!Isn't Abby such a Brat!
Well, Rose, that's a twist I never would've thought of! But you're right it would only be fair of Chloe to carry Cane's baby for real this time!!

Chloe is too busy with Chance. She definitely needs to be left out of that equation with Cane and Lily.
As far as Abby! She is being such a brat, but I can understand where all of this is coming from. First she loses her adoptive father Brad who froze in the lake when he saved Noah. Then her mother who has reunited with Victor, her birth father, gets pregnant and thinks she is going crazy thanks to Adam, which forces her to become a weak, paranoid, over emotional mess who is not there for her daughter. Then her cousin/"sister" Colleen is killed as a result of being kidnapped by MJ/Patty, drowning in the same lake that took her father, and MJ shoots her father who almost dies until Tracy agrees to donate Colleen's heart to save him.Then Ashley has a baby and is estranged from Victor who has reunited with Nikki for the upteenth time and who has left the country to go to a rehab facility in Europe with Nikki. Ashley and Victor are getting divorced and Ashley is gaining legal control of the ranch. Abby is 14 years old! Wouldn't any 14 year-old girl feel a little insecure and abandoned and seriously act out? I think she is definitely pushing the limits and needs to be consequenced, but she also needs some serious help before she does something really stupid and gets herself into a situation she cannot get herself out of! Just my opinion!
