We have been working on this bill since last year. Senate Bill S1939 is a sister bill to H.R. 2254 in the House of Representatives (with 190 cosponsors). We have been trying to get the word out, but it is slow going.
Thank you for your interest in this matter, as we need all the support we can garner.
