I don't take anything. I used to take calcium with magnesium for years and years and I don't even know why I stopped. I should start doing it again actually, it made me feel better. I could only buy it from GNC though, because the others didn't work. I used to take it for PMS and it was unreal how it worked. Poof, all pms was gone!
I take One-a-Day Men's 50+ and Magnesium, Potassium, Fish Oil, Garlique, and COQ10 -- my bloodwork numbers are always good. I try to watch what I eat, too, but I am not real strict about it.
I take calcium with vitamin d, fish oil, a multivitamin and a baby aspirin. The calcium I know helps my bones. The rest I take on faith!
I can't do fish oil. eeeuchh! Centrum Silver for Women, calcium, magnesium, and folic acid. Garlic is in most everything I cook.
Multivitamin, calcium with d, GNC ocular formula, fish oil (GNC, no taste, pretty color!), 81 mg aspirin.
I take liquid softgel Multi For Her, Citracal with vitamin + D (2 a day
since i broke my leg), Aspirin, Blood Pressure Meds 2 a day.I cook with
lots of garlic and spices, we love experimenting with herbs too.

I'll have to give fish oil another try.
Fish oil, definitely, they make it "odorless",it's so good for heart health!!!!!!!
I also take a multivitamin,silver,
1000 C,400 E,Ginkgo Biloba 120 mg,Calcium with D, 600mg twice a day,my bone mass test showed signs of bone deterioration, and the doctor told me to bump up my calcium intake, and vitamin B12.And my secret is Chromium Picolinate 200 mg.
Have taken it for decades since an article in Newsweek touted the benefits, since it helps break down the fat you ingest, and prevents it from sticking to your arteries (I hope!)
Now you know more then you ever wanted to know about me,right?
vit e, vit c, vit b6, vit b12, calcium with vit d, folic acid, a vit compound for eyes, a vit compound for hair and nails, thats it.
I think we're a healthy bunch of coconuts! Good!!
