The Experimental PUMA

Photobucket

Two wheels. Counts as a motorcycle. Or does it?

The Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility whatchamacallit goes 35 MPH and relies on electronics for much -- for balance for starters. The PUMA has accident avoidance capability. Thanks to global positioning and vehicle-to-vehicle communications, the PUMA will know where the threats are and avoid them.

Hmmmm. What else? Oh, yeah. The press release says the PUMA can not only put itself in a parking place, it can drive itself across town to get there.

OK, so maybe cruising around town in a rolling phone booth is not really a Hells Angel kind of thing. But you have to admit, it is a great concept.

No, what, Stormy? No, you would never be caught dead in that vehicle? No, you can't believe such a wonder invention has been created?

Tell us, dude.

Phone Booth? It looks more like a Port-A-Potty with a window.

Now that's a good idea LLL. A self propelled portable potty. No more pit stops on the way to work. If the frame of the cockpit were filled with beer with a small pump and a feeder tube one wouldn't need to stop for anything except to rejuice the battery or rejuvinate the driver.
