Work around the house on Saturday, finish up the weatherization projects. Sunday could be a drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, early, but not early enough for the sunrise. I did that in March....!
Hi Kathy and Ron. I think I'll take a ride over to the Royal Gorge. I haven't been there all year. I'll take my dog and walk him across the bridge. Sunday will be a day of rest. Today it is splitting wood so I get the wood bin filled while the weather is nice.
BIG plans! Will be packing up and preparing for our Tuesday flight. We're off to Dubai and Egypt for 15 days. But I have to say, no matter where we go, there is NO PLACE like COLORADO!

Hiking Carpenter Peak with friends on Saturday, going out for burgers afterwards. I'l play Sunday by ear.
Holy smoke, julilu, Dubai? That's quite amazing. I'm looking forward to hearing all about your trip. Do be careful......rumor has it that it's a tough world out there right now.
I'll be posting pictures after I return. I love to take pictures of Colorado along when I travel to show the rest of the world just how beautiful it is "back home".

Basketball in the am, car shopping for my daughter in the afternoon. Ditto about Dubai Julilu! My daughter ( just back from Africa) flew through Dubai several times. She said the people(men) were so rude just in the airport she could not imagine going beyond the airport, but I imagine it also depends on how and who you travel with.
Hey, anyone have an older car that will get from point A-B for sell?
She has found a job to tide her over until she finds one within her own field, but has no car yet and a limitied budget!
