Uploading photos from Photobucket

Hi Everyone, it's me again ~ Amandac!
sigh...I need help again.

I have been trying for days to upload pics from my bucket. I go thru add a picture, Photobucket, sign in to my account, and the instructions there say pick a photo and Import Media, so I click on a Pic then Import Media and keep getting the message "please select a file". The Upload button gives me the same message and browse sents me back to the photos on my PC.

Do I need to do something more then Click on the picture I want to share with my friends?

You guys know all the answers....thanks for your help!!

I've had the same problem with trying to upload to eons from photobucket. A quick fix is to right click on the photo, give it a name, save it to your computer and then upload it to eons from your computer.

It isn't working for me either. If I want to upload any pictures to my profile page or a group photo section, I have to have that photo on my computer, and upload it from my computer, not from Photobucket. It is not just the computer or the browser. I have four computers and use three different browsers and get the same non-result.

ValentineBaby and MartilnMexico thanks! Glad to know I am not losing my mind! I have also done what you are both suggesting and that works....but sooo many steps. Here I thought computers were making things easier!

I checked and it's definitely not working. It's possible that Photobucket has made changes to their widget which have broken the Eons/Photobucket importer. Or it's possible that Photobucket is simply taking too long to respond - we only wait for 5 seconds. (I see that Photobucket is extremely slow today, so that's a definite possibility.) I'll put in a request to have someone look at it.
