The Club for Growth, licking fresh blood from its lips, begins the attack on its next victim -- Charlie Crist of Florida. Mike Huckabee and Jeb Bush have already endorsed Crist's rightwing challenger, and Sarah Palin has posted that the "cause goes on". It would be fun to watch these creatures eat each other, but I get the uneasy feeling that we're next.

What is really funny is the Right Wing Republican thought process:

If we purge all moderate ideas (and people who hold moderate ideas) from the Republican Party, we will attract the independent voters and become the majority party.

They apparently think the independents are to their right politically and Republicans are too Liberal to get those voters.

Anybody with half a brain knows that independents are generally moderate voters somewhere between the Right and the Left.
