Yes, these really exist. I can't see how good they would be for the skin since marshmallows are sugar and sugar is bad for the skin. But....here is an article on them.

I have a terrible sweet tooth, I wish I didn't. When I was younger it would be salty things I liked, now it's sugary things.
You don't even like toasted marshmallows by a campfire? Those are sooo good, especially between graham crackers.
