Teacher of the Year
Joy Weiss from Balsz Elementary District in Phoenix just won Teacher of the Year for Arizona. Congratulations to her! I am a retired teacher and had a nice lunch at Camelback Inn where I accompanied one of the semi-finalists, my niece. It was a great celebration of what so many in Arizona do day in and day out for our kids.
