Be Careful

We all have the attention span of gnats. We flit from thought to thought, from interest to interest, from desire to desire.

Be CAREFUL. Be careful what you let become a focus for you. Our meditation is a means to controlling that galloping mind of ours. Rein it in, and put your focus on what is truly important.
