How do I leave a group, do I just stop leaving messages or
do I tell someone to take them off my Profile??
I want to drop out of a few groups.

You navigate to the groups 'home page'. Click on 'settings'. Down at the bottom of the text message in the center there is a 'leave this group' area. Just click on that.

Self help is always available. Click the "Help" link. On the right side, you'll see Help categories. In this case, you would try "Community Groups." Then, you will see your question "How do I leave a group?" Click on the question and you'll be taken to the answer, which includes step-by-step directions.
