Bernie18 needs some help

Hi Sue:
I need some help with Eons.
I received a message that I have to change my email, so I did. However, I can't get back on. I then tried to create a new account and once again I could not get back on.
EONS sends me a message in the email to activate my account but it refuses to let me activate, inviting me to resend an email ..
So after six resends of the emails, I figure that either this is on purpose...and somebody does not like me on EONS or else ..
They have a bug in their system and I am caught in an infinite loop.
