i keep a box of Crayola crayons by my bed, because the smell brings good memories and calms my mind.

Those happy childhood memories of being absorbed in the simple act of coloring are wonderful. I believe the process of creating will lower your blood pressure :-) I still love a new box of crayons -- there's so much potential waiting there, lol!
