New to the group

I just joined eons a few days ago and I'm still trying to find my way around.
I've lived in Texas 25 + years and even though I've lived all over the US this is home. I'm currently in N. Texas but lived in Houston briefly. Came back to this area to be close to our kids. I work, have hobbies and stay busy. I'm married and my husband and I like to travel. We'll never get finished exploring our state. Thanks for approving me to join the group.

to Donna: i was born in Camp County & raised within 50 miles of Talco. we northeast Texicans call the area, just south of the muddy Red River: Baja Oklahoma!

there is a saying in our area: "Have you heard about the fellow who moved from Paris to Idabel & raised the average IQ of both states by 5 points?" = chuckle.
