Do You Have A Goal For This Month?

I'm trying to do something I have not done in a long time.
Set a goal and make a plan. I need to reduce the stress in my life, so my first goal this month is:

Organizing your life so you become proactive as opposed to reactive.

I didn't get much done this weekend. My job has become a lot harder. Because of unit's budget I have to do the work of 1 1/2 persons. Plus it's the busy time. Snowbirds are returning to Arizona. Add to this the flu thing and I leave work feeling like I have been run over by a truck.

But I did order 2 books on organizing that should be here this week.
This week I'm going to set up a new file system, put shelf paper down in some cabinets, and make doctor appointments for David.

Oh yes.....go to work.

This is one area that I have failed misurably. I have started so many things and had to drop everything for some imediate problem that I have become discouraged and complacent. I do have long goals but going by my past successes I won't be surprised if these "blow up" also.

I have a group here called organize - GTD (Get things done) and every day we post a task and work on them and brag when we get them done. I would love to have you both check it out. view link

My goal is that I am trying to eat meals at home more. Since my DH died - my diet is horrible...I literally planned to have pretzels for dinner one day last week so I decided I had to get better at taking care of meals...and my fridge is full of good food to eat. I am still shopping like I cook at home - I just find an excuse to be out at meal times. I am just so psycho now...grief is as mentally stressful as caregiving somedays.
