I use outlook express, when I want to forward a email, to everyone in my address book, how can I do do that, without having to click onto every name ?
Click "Forward", the names will appear in the email, click and drag your mouse over the names u want

Clicking "forward" won't populate the To:, CC:, or BCC: field, Helpfulnet. It just leaves those fields blank, but includes everyone's email address that has previously appeared in the body of the message.

As far as I know, unless you've created a group that contains everyone's email addresses, there is no other way to populate the To:, CC:, or BCC: fields except by clicking on each name.

I do not use Outlook or Outlook express, but if, as helpfulnet suggests, the names appear in the body of the email by clicking "forward", and are separated with a comma, just highlight all, press Control+C and paste them into the TO window or the BCC window with Control+V. if you do not want to display all the names in the email. Put your own name in the TO window and delete the ones in the body of the email.

Ya'll are missing the point. mrgto wants to populate the TO: field from his address book when he forwards an email without having to click on each name in the address book to do so, not from the names that were in the email in the first place.

I have my contacts in categories, ie. friends, family, email pals, business etc. I don't know if you can add categories to your address book in outlook, but that's what I have in mine. Then when I want to send a mass email, I just select the category and it adds all the addresses of the folks in that category to my message and off they go. It's a one time click.
