It's all out there. I don't think us guys are at risk as much.
I don't think anyone should list senisitive or confidential info. Always assume that whatever you put out there will be available to the world and the world's nuts so always use common sense.
well for the most part what you see is what you get with me ( altho i've been accused of bein the mysterious frenchy quite a few times ) so far i've only had one stalker lucky me .. so i had to kill her .. ok i'm kiddin about the kill her part .. it was a delicate situation but nobody got hurt but believe it or not guys can get stalked too . and she wasn't from the internet so it wasn't anything i said on eons or anyplace else .. and it can get hairy cause you never know where they are .. and the world can be nuts as mike said .. it can be a beautiful place too .. but when it gets nutty sometimes all the common sense in the world might not help .. some people just won't take no for an answer .. thankfully common sense did prevail in the end .. but at the time it's happenin .. all them phone calls in the middle of the nite .. you finally just use the machine all the time to screen all your calls .. and then they fill up your machine with messages .. one after the other .. i love you .. i hate you .. i'm sorry i didn't mean that .. i hate you .. i'm gonna kill you and then kill myself .. to tell the truth i'm really not worth it and i finally convinced her of it ..but i slept with one eye open for awhile .. she broke in my house .. twice .. once when i was out and came home and there she was on my couch .. and another when i was home .. lets hope once was enough and it won't ever happen to me again .. i think the thing you have to worry about most online is someone stealin your identity .. and we can only have but so many frenchy's runnin around at a time now can't we ?? i think one should be the legal limit ..
I think my profile here is more personal than my profile on Facebook. But I never thought about there being a problem putting my grandson's picture up. Now, I'm wondering.
And yes Frenchy...I agree, one Frenchy should be the legal limit. LOL
I don't post much in the way of pictures and personal information that would lead to being able to locate me, though I do admit to living in Savannah! I DO worry about stalking. Been there, done that, years ago, and hope that's the only time I ever have to deal with it (though it wasn't to the extent that Frenchy had to deal with - my home was never broken into!)
Agree with you VB. I have family pictures but very limited general information on myself. Don't need to post no life bio for the internet world to see. My life's my life, my friends know who I am, thats enough for me
Anyone can be found if the seeker is persistent! Too much info already out there! My profile is fairly basic but could lead to me being found or atleast Emailed or a phone call.
As was previously stated, females are more at risk here, for sure!
Hell no, my profile isn't that public nor much of my info. Anyone who wants to get to know me can. But I'm saving my life story for the book.
