Give Us Your Favorite Recipe

I first had CRANBERRY AND ORANGE RELISH about 20 years ago. It has been a favorite since then. It is easy and no cooking. All you need are oranges and cranberries (maybe walnuts) There are a lot os versions but, the Sunkist site has two good cranberry & orange relish recipes and you can change the servings to suit your need. Here is link view link

1 medium SunkistĀ® navel orange
12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed and picked over
1 cup sugar

Slice unpeeled orange in half lengthwise, then in cartwheel slices. Place half of the cranberries and half of the orange in a food processor. Process until evenly chopped, transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices. Stir in sugar to taste. Store in refrigerator.

Sooo good.

Fancy Rice Krispy squares.

Make 1 cup of confectionary sugar icing, divide in half. Add 1 or 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa to one half and add vanilla flavoring to remaining half. Drizzle over completed Rice Krispy squares. Drizzle one flavor or two on squares. Basic recipe on Rice Krispy cereal box.
