Keep trying Tony, you will feel so much better after a while. Food will taste better too. And its good to have friends to talk to when you are in a slump. How is the apartment working out?

they give you the nictotine in water vapor without any of the other nasty chemicals
i dont smoke ... but when i saw one i thought about getting one
either way ~ stick with it ~ there are very few causes that are as important

I have friends who used one of the electronic ciggies. They liked them for a while but went back to the real thing. So, if you can do it without them it may be better.
That is what I was thinking sue. I think I am going to sign up for this study to help people quit smoking but there is a catch to it. There are 12 inpatient studies that I would have to go to and the place that the study is at the other end of the state. So getting there would be an all day trip unless I could always go down on fridays.
Do what ever is necessary BTJ...just keep trying! You WILL feel SO much better when you kick it! I quit ten yrs ago...still think about it every now and again...so then just take a hit of the herb. You will beat it!
