Cathy you are so lucky to be able to see the stars at night. NYC is so lit up at night you really never see any stars...except when I come out LOL!!!!

Same here in La Verne. Too many lights and you can't see the stars. BUT!!!! We are having great weather. It's been up in the 80' and 90's for awhile now.

I miss that, Cathi; the wide open spaces and being able to see the stars at night...i can feel it..the cold crisp dry mountain air..brrrrrrrr won't be long now for me!

the last time i left Chicago it was 'cause on night sitting by the lake and sharing a 6-pack, there were more airplanes circling than stars visible...was out of work and wondering what to do next, decided to go home and go to grad school. lot's of stars visible down home in Southern Illinois. but there's nothing like the desert sky at night.
