Good Morning, Squeakers!

Photobucket

I am here for a few seconds and ten I have to get going...I have started a new exercise routine with a neighbor of mine...I walk every morning for about 25 minutes. It helps with getting some endorphins running through me - which helps keep me naturally happy. I am kind of anti-pills for moods - that is just me...it works better for me to exercise everyday.

I am also working, working, working...but it is making money and that helps.

Today's task on the listed for November says we are supposed to switch out summer clothes - it has been all over the board in AZ - it was hot here yesterday...how about where you are?

What's happening? Things are pretty quiet out there.

Good morning HG,

The graphic would be me if not for my morning coffee. You will feel so good after exercising. I stopped exercising this year because I was having such terrible days with work and I lost motivation. I kept my membership with the "Y", they have a great gym. Now, you have really motivated me to get back to my workout routine.

I don't think we need a seasonal wardrobe here in Arizona. Maybe one warm sweater and one good winter coat in case we travel up north. I guess we need an umbrella too for what little rain we have been getting. I guess our biggest concern in AZ would be to keep our car in good condition.

Not much going on with me. I pulled out my Christmas decorations and put them up this week. I am proud to say everthing I purchased over the years has been at after-Christmas sales. I think I'll do a little baking this year.

We don't switch out the clothes here in Florida either....

I've started walking and biking again now the the humidity isn't quite so bad.

I'm with you HG - I don't do pills for moods either. I have found that taking vitamin D has had the added benefit of better moods and energy. My sister says the same thing. She can tell when she hasn't taken in for a few days.

Have a great day!!

I have a big walk in closet so I don't change my cloths around either. I have enough of room for them all to hang in there.

i gave up switching out clothes, the fall and spring are so hard to calculate. and i notice i forget to get the clothes and end up wearing the same sweaters over and over again. so now i leave them here.

but one rule i have. if i havent worn it in 4 years, its gone. works great.

Four years?!? I can't even keep track of one year's wearing on clothes...I am in awe of you again, hippiemama!

When I stopped working, I donated all my work clothes. This past year I gave away all evening wear and shoes I no longer wear. Now I have all my clothes in one spot and have all the hangers reversed. As I wear something, I put it back in the closet with the hanger the right way. If after one year there are any hangers still reversed, the clothes go to charity.
