It's wonderful to come here during the cold months and share in your sunshine. It keeps the group moving and chatting about gardening.
Thanksgiving is coming in a few weeks. Do any of you have any crafts or ideas that the group might enjoy? Do you make any special flower or plant arrangements or make something special for your front door? Any ideas will be appreciated and please let us know. I was eyeing some mini roses and orchids yesterday in the grocery floral shop. That might be something nice to put on my window sill for the winter. How about you? Any ideas?
I am off again to the Chiropractors for my crink and crank session. A few weeks and I will have all my test results. Thank the lord for sass and I just keep moving. LOL! Thank you for all your kind thoughts and prayers dear friends. They are greatly appreciated.
Many blessings for a bright and beautiful day!
Joyfully,
Annie
Good Morning Annie..............
Well it's going to be DRY for the next 3-4 days and the temperature during the days will be in the 50's........... So it's time to tackle the grass and the yard!
As for the weekend, it's back to replacing windows at my sons. Not fun as a lot of the wood around the existing window is rotten, so it's a total tear-out around the window. Not fun but it has to be done. So it's construction on the weekend, and try and get caught up in the yard during the week days. As long as I don't see S.... for a while, I'll be OK!
And if you can believe it, the sun is out!
Cheers!!!!

Mornin Al!
Good luck with the windows. I wouldn't have a clue as to where to begin. I am not looking forward to seeing S*** either. Maybe we will get your sunshine instead! Enjoy!
It was overcast and looked like rain in Franklin, WI when I went to get the morning paper. A drop of rain fell on my glasses....and that was it! Now the sun has come out and it looks like it will be a pleasant day. I need to douse my dahlia tubers in Captan to discourage mold. It worked great last year.

we're crystal clear with blazing sun and mild temps through the weekend. I'm clearing an area by the back door for a poured patio. This is definitely the time of year to do it, not frizzling hot.
I think I'll crank up my camera again and take some pictures. Still have things blooming, including sugar snap peas. I'm anxiously awaiting my new Australian bugle bush which is covered with buds.
