I've been painting up a storm
I've been having lots of fun lately with ACEOs. A couple of weeks ago Snowbell 77 and I did the program for our local art league. We shared information we have gathered in this group and our own experiences with art cards and eBay. They saw my notebook with photos and how I keep records of listings and sales with all the data. I showed them several that I have collected by Archer 100, Claire from Maine and Snowbell as well as other artists. They loved them. Later I demonstrated how I go about painting one with watercolors then the members had the opportunity to participate. At our November meeting we will have a swap. I can hardly wait as we have some very accomplished artists in the league and I know the work will be outstanding.
Also, I've been painting art cards like crazy and having a great time. I started uploading them on eBay yesterday. I plan on keeping some on there all the time instead of letting weeks go by when collectors can't find anything of mine to bid on. This will be a major accomplishment for me as I have little time of my own these days. I guess it's a matter of being committed...humm there's more than one way to interpret that.....Maybe I should say being dedicated to the plan? I posted photos of three of my new ones to share with you. I hear this is the hottest thing in art these days!
