Take a dark, trackless, primeval forest. Hang books from every tree. Cast moonlight over all.
My collage would be made of whipped confections. They would not be ingested so you wouldn't get cavities. they would be silky ,swirly,and shimmering. They may make you dizzy and tortured. They are iced yet sizzling. You won't get burned but you may glow.

baby soft silk and feathered,
angel splendor curves.
smooth milky deepening immersion.
startling blue,vibrant, .
dreamable, rolling, tumbling, throes,
and infinity of more.
Cold black storm clouds.....swirling in the sky.....cold icy wind blowing.....long dark shawdow. Long lonely nights....empty days..always chilled.
Then the sun pots out.....shining like gold.....a warm sunny smile, that warms the heart. Small loving arms around my neck.....my heart sings with joy.
Life goes on....but over my shoulder I see the black storm clouds..getting ever closer
Blackberries, jars and jars of tomatoes, figs, loaves of hot bread, a pot of tea, my well-loved woods, shelves and shelves of books, my writing, the music of my children, sun, rain, wind, snow, a warm fire, the moon, and one perfect kiss.
my collage would resemble a crazy quilt, if you can picture that. all different bright colors in varying shapes and sizes. overlaid with photos of books, horses, dogs, cats, snow-topped mountains, endless green pastures bathed in sunshine, lots of bright blue ocean and white sandy beach, splashed with dancing figures, musical notes, flowers here and there, and topped off with a photo of my two daughters and my grandson.

yelloworange sunshine and silky smooth life, retirement

My collage would start out pink, turn to orange and then a bright red for the fire in my heart and the courage it took to change my life - more than once.
To that I would add Green and blue waves from the North Atlantic,
Lots of numbers to add and subtract, multiply and divide,
Navy Blue and Gray for the managerial suits I wore so long,
A huge swatch of bright blue for the baby boy I brought into the world
And Deep, Dark Brown for the eyes of my beloved.
Add in some Tan and Gray fur for the pets I have loved,
Pink soft silk and taffeta for the dress I wore on the happiest day of my life,
And chocolate - lots and lots of dark delicious chocolate
