YIKES!!! The average is 5'4 and 165lbs? No wonder people think I'm too thin/anorexic at 5'4 115lbs! Part of that is being on the unemployment/underemployment weight maintenance program for the past 3-5 years. The other part is getting genes from the small-boned side of the family.
Good grief, no one is taller here? I'm 5'7" (guess not average) and well, let's just say I'm certainly not anorexic but neither am I gargantuan, either.

I am 5'6" and about 140 - 145 lbs. Any thinner than that and my skin hangs.
I see a lot of you are shorter. That's the pads compressing between your discs in your spinal column.
I am still the same height at age ..... OK, age over mid sixty ... because of the yoga stretching.
I'm 5' 6" tall as far as I know. But maybe I'd better check because there seems to be a lot of shrinkage going on here ...
I'm just getting through the "mental-pause" stage of my life. Shrinkage and spinal disk compression to follow, I guess. And the fun part of this aging process is ...?????
wearing your bunny slippers to the grocery store and snapping at little kids when they run you down in the candy aisle?

Average NOT 6 feet and 150 pounds.
I'm 5'3" again . . . I say that because I had always measured 5'3" but, during a physical when I was in my mid-40s and just about to be divorced, the nurse announced I was 5' 1 and 3/4"! I was slumping a lot in those days.
I weighed 106 when I graduated from high school. I stayed around 110 - 115 most of my adult life until evil menopause came. i was warned by women that I would literary wake up one morning weighing 15 pounds more. It's true! It happened! Then, I was without a car for six weeks and walked an average of 40 miles each week to get to work. That put me in the 118-120 pound category which I am satisfied with.
I'm another shorty - 5'2" lol. Haven't shrunk, as far as I know, but I do Pilates and I think that helps.
