I believe it's exactly like what happens in the oceans, a rift is a rift. I've also read that in a million years of so, the Med. will no longer be there, that Europe and Africa will move together. Just an ever changing planet. Guess that's while they call earth a live planet.

I agree entirely. Unless some event happens that kills the planet, I think it will keep on moving, changing....ice ages will come and go, animal species will develope, then be lost again. Who knows what the future holds for this orb. It's actually kind of cool when you think about it.
...............I agree SuzieB. You must be a little bit Bhuddist(harmony and balance) to accept the ebb and flow so easily. Better easily then all stressed out I think. Our lives are only long or short to us and our kind, otherwise we are just a fly speck in earth time............
I definately believe in balance. Ying and Yang thing. I don't think you can know pleasure without knowing pain, you can't know happiness without knowing sadness. I think the world HAS to balance. I'm not telling you I want the world to shake us off tomorrow, I've got lots of things I want to do yet and I can get upset about things but in the long run I realize it only matters to me.

I seem to run more guys off than attract them. I don't know what it is, I don't think a lot of guys want a gal with a brain....they are more interested in other parts of our anatomy I suppose. I had one gal tell me I needed to "dummy down". Told her if that's what it took to get a guy, I'd rather be alone.
