And if ghostwalker51 is being so kind as to hand me 3 extra butts for being a moderator, I'll take full advantage of that! Adding:
the Taliban as a group for crimes against humanity, & for destroying the giant Afghan Buddha.
Ayatollah Ruholla Khumeini for re-implementing Sharia law & crimes against humanity.

Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter.
Lyndon for escalating a war he had no intention of winning.
Richard Nixon for being a liar and a thief.
Jimmy Carter for being educated, intelligent and still not smart enough to bring the hostage crisis to a successful end.

Jimmy Carter authorized a raid with a bunch of helicoptors but they were blown out of the sky in a desert windstorm. Seems the perception of that situation was that he was fearful for the lives of the hostages whereas Reagan when elected looked at the bigger picture and was willing to blow Tehran off the map. The hostages were released forthwith.
Oliver Cromwell, for Drogheda. St Paul and St Augustine, for presumption.
Bernard Madeoff for stealing millions from individuals and charitable foundations, Osama Bin Laden a terrorist coward who hides, responsible for 9/11, (when will he be captured and prosecuted??) all the mentally ill serial killers who have a vendetta and randomly kill innocent people.
Eve, for not recognizing a snake when she saw one.
