Computer Question

This is not a major problem with my computer, just annoying. I have Windows XP Pro (2002), and have multiple users set up (separate log ons etc), so the problem after my daughter logs on and then I log on all my "remember me" info is gone. I just re-type but it bothers me that I do not know why.... anyone have this or know what I am doing wrong?

she doesn't want dear old dad to see what sites she's been browsing, perhaps?

It could be as simple as not wanting you to know her FB stuff...nothing sinister.

By the way, the little netbooks are $300. I love mine. I carry it back at forth for school stuff. The only thing it doesn't have is a cd drive.

jg some of my clients have those netbooks and I just copy the program cds onto a flash drive then load them. You can also get a usb cd drive for about $50 that will let you load the programs.

Yeah. I don't really see it as a drawback. It makes it so light and portable. I have used the flash drive trick myself. I use my "big" computer to get the stuff from the cd to the flash drive and then feed it to the little guy. I put the software for my new wifi printer into the netbook that way. It worked beautifully.
