Take a good look at that gentleman. He's dresses in clothes that look really clean for a street person. His shoes don't appear to be run down. There are no obvious rips or tears in his visible garments. Evven his nails don't look bad.
Methinks we have a prevaricator here.

can not really tell, there was a guy in philly that died a while back lived on the streets and pushed a cart around with him. this made the national news because he was worth a fortune.

for about 10 bucks at good will, you too could dress like that. and as for computers, there are lots of places one can use one for free. even homeless shelters have them now. to help them get off the streets.

There is a guy here in Richmond that is on the street corner coming out of WalMart. He shows up with his wife to shop looking like a rich banker when he shops. When begging he looks like he hasn't had a change of clothes in months. He never looks like he hasn't eaten.
