Even More Good News
The National Associaiton of Realtors reported this morning that pending home sales are up for the 8th straight month, Some are citing the pending expiration of the first time homebuyer's tax credit for the news. There are proposals to extend that credit until April and widen it to include $6,500 for current home owners.
We also saw construction numbers higher. New home construction is now at levels last seen in 2006.
Here's hoping the good keeps on going and building. Most of us are still looking for daylight rather than the light at the end of the tunnel.
