The Wall Street Journal is another rag owned by Rubert Murddock. Who also owns Fox ( No Real News ). It is the rich mans National Inquirer. What the article leaves out is the fact that this is not a bill, but rather a proposed bill.
Pundits of the Wall Street Journal and Fox ( nonsense news ) should view this link and hopefully learn something.

Well, there was the Kansas-Nebraska Bill that was called "the worst bill ever" in 1854 by Senator Charles Sumner, who was then savagely beaten by Representative Preston Brooks (SC) with a cane.
By 1856, there was open warfare in Kansas between pro and anti slavery factions.
I'd suggest that Pelosi has a way to go before her bill can claim the title "Worst Bill Ever".
